Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is expanding its mandate beyond traditional physical health and safety in the workplace to include a focus on psychological health and safety. This growing trend of creating a psychologically safe workplace in Canada has led to changes in OHS legislation in some provinces, with employers now being responsible for protecting employees from chronic mental stress, bullying, and harassment.

In this webinar, Dr. Bill Howatt, shares his thinking on what the employer can and should be doing to create healthier workplaces. This webinar is designed for Human Resource and OHS professionals who are looking at how they can support and protect employee mental health.
