This is an excellent piece and so timely. We have referenced parts of it to our Board as part of their renewal and governance plan. So often, particularly in smaller rural communities, boards underestimate their responsibility in leading culture; and also the inevitable link with performance. We are working our way through the compliance phase, which is mandatory in the financial industry world; are well on our way to strategy, and my entire management team was thrilled to understand the links and the journey to performance.
