Lyne Wilson is the Assistant Vice-President, Talent Management at NAV CANADA. Lyne is responsible to provide oversight and leadership for all talent management operations, initiatives, and tactics, which includes Talent Acquisition, Performance and Succession Management, Leadership and Learning Development, Employee Health & Wellness, Employee Relations and HR Operations.

She has held a number of positions in NAV CANADA. Lyne has championed Employee Wellness in the workplace managing the Critical Incident Stress Program, CDERP – A Substance Abuse Peer Support Program and by developing a mental health strategy in 2009. She implemented an awarding winning peer support program, Light the Way, in October 2012 and implemented Thrive, a mentoring and peer support for ATS students and Instructors/OJIs involved in Air Traffic Services Training across Canada.
