This issue focuses on the health and safety practices at the Tinhorn Creek Vineyards. Sandra Oldfield, President and CEO of Tinhorn Creek, explains how the health and safety program was developed and how it has become an integral part of every employee’s and contractor's daily routine. Major contributors to the program’s success are supportive senior management, a culture of reporting all incidents, annual hazard assessments, and an active and engaged health and safety committee.
