The pace of change in Canadian organizations is accelerating, and terms such as ‘disruption,’ ‘adaptation,’ and ‘transformation’ are now common currency in any discussion about the future of human resources (HR) management in Canada. HR leaders who want to stay ahead of the changes coming their way, need to pause in their daily round of fighting fires, to ponder what the future is bringing.

Webinar Highlights

In 2017, The Conference Board of Canada released two companion reports which tapped the perspectives of leading Canadian CHROs on what the next few years could look like for the HR function in public and private sector organizations.

This 60-minute webinar will explore the highlights of those reports, covering human capital challenges, strategic responses, organizational challenges and HR priorities. Two Canadians with many years of experience addressing HR change will give their perspective on the main findings, for public and private sector organizations in Canada.
