Margo has been consulting to leaders and organizations for 30 years, and particularly enjoys the challenge and reward of working with private and public sector institutions undergoing transformation. She has worked with executives and teams to enhance their effectiveness working together to lead transformation, manage succession processes, as well as implement complex strategies to shift organizational cultures, enhance leadership capabilities and realize new levels of performance.

Margo is a skilled presenter, facilitator and moderator. She marries her experience and stories with LHH research and perspectives into entertaining, motivating and thought-provoking key notes and panel conversations. Margo has delivered keynotes for clients and industry associations with audiences from the 10s to several 100s. She has also moderated panels with organizations such as the Institute of Corporate Directors and participated in expert panels for events such as the recent Art of Leadership for Women.

Margo earned an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and has an undergraduate degree in business from the University of New Brunswick. She is married and the mother of two university students.
