Interesting look at what is targeted by LRBs and what is omitted. Omitting coffee consumption leave a large hole in this initiative. The rise in coffee consumption is well noted along with the propensity to add sweeteners and the like. Also coffee has expanded from just a black cup of Joe to a latte with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Think McCafe now. Obviously there is an expanded market and this article highlights the short comings of current LRBs. |
