Erin Mills is the Associate Director of Workplace Health. With over 15 years of experience related to health, employment, and education, Erin provides direction to advance workplace health–related research and programs, as well as leadership to the Council on Workplace Health and Wellness and the Centre for Health and Safety. Having taught social research methods at the university level for several years, Erin has substantial knowledge and experience using of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Prior to joining The Conference Board of Canada, Erin held roles with the Mining Industry Human Resources Council as the Director of Labour Market Information and HR Research and Seneca College as the Director of Institutional Research. Erin’s graduate work (MA and PhD ABD) focused on understanding the gendering of health occupations.
