Having women in the c-suite and on the board give companies a competitive advantage and having a diverse set of perspectives can help companies solve the increasingly complex problems they face today. Companies can’t wait for external circumstances, such as lawsuits or new regulations, to make changes. They need change leaders who will champion diversity and gender parity and encourage others to also become change leaders.
