Speaker: Cheryl Fullerton (she/her), EVP, People and Communications, Corus Entertainment Inc.
Leaders, faced with unprecedented societal, economic, technological and environmental changes, must ensure their workplace culture is both adaptive and healthy. This requires vision, courage, nimbleness and resilience, and sometimes, complete transformation. In this session, Cheryl Fullerton, Executive Vice President of People and Communications, Corus Entertainment, will discuss the business case for creating this type of culture, steps leaders can take to evaluate what they are currently doing and where they need to go. Using a behavioural science approach—blending psychology, social neuroscience, and cognitive science, Corus Entertainment was able to analyze and understand people’s behaviour and design practical processes and systems to help them align and transform their culture. Cheryl will share her experience on leading their organizations through this cultural transformation and how it is now thriving.
