Cancellations received in writing up to 3 weeks before the event date will be issued a credit voucher for the full amount to be applied to another event within one calendar year.
Cancellations received in writing between 3 weeks prior to the event and the event date, will receive a credit voucher for the full amount, less a $285 administration fee, to be applied to another event within one calendar year.
Delegate substitution is permitted for both registration and credit vouchers.
You will be charged a cancellation fee of $500 if cancelled 30 days prior to the workshop. Should you cancel with less than 30 days before your workshop, you will receive 50% of your registration fee.
