Dr. Mary Young leads The Conference Board Inc.’s program of research on digital transformation’s human capital impacts, human capital analytics, and strategic workforce planning. She has authored numerous reports on global human capital issues. Her research has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Time, Business Week, Workforce, HR Executive, CFO, NPR’s Morning Edition. Mary received her doctorate in organizational behavior from Boston University's Graduate School of Management.
