Bryan Benjamin

Bryan Benjamin provides strategic direction and leadership to diverse teams across our Knowledge Areas of: Human Capital, Indigenous and Northern Communities, Health and Inclusion. He is also accountable for the Niagara Institute, the Leadership Development division of The Conference Board of Canada. To this multi-faceted role, Bryan brings more than 20 years of progressive senior leadership experience in talent management, leadership development, workforce transformation, and human capital management.

Prior to joining the Conference Board in 2017, Bryan was the Managing Director for Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge, where he was responsible for the leadership and strategic direction, financial performance and operations of the Talent and Leadership practice in Canada.

Bryan is a Certified Human Resources Leader and holds a Master's degree in leadership from the University of Guelph, a post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Psychology from Bishops University.
