Working across RBC, her team creates reskilling programs that help the workforce respond to disruption and support employees in building the skills needed to thrive in the future of work.
Over her 20 years in financial services, Madeleine’s diverse career includes experience working with clients and leading teams in retail branches; communications and change management; and building business and people strategies.
