Photo of Monica HaberlMonica Haberl is a senior researcher and relationship manager in the Human Capital research area at the Conference Board of Canada. In her 4 years at the Board, Monica has managed and delivered applied research on a range of topics including total rewards, labour relations, health benefits, employee time off and perquisites, and the impact of cannabis on the workplace. Monica is also actively involved in the management of two of the Board’s largest executive networks: the Compensation Research Centre and the Council of Labour Relations Executives—providing custom research and events for senior leaders from organizations across the country.
