Flexible work arrangements and new approaches to workspace design sit at the cross-roads of the future of work. Employers and employees are transforming how work gets done in the digital era. A common goal of this transformation is an organizational culture change that strengthens collaboration and increases innovation.

The Conference Board of Canada interviewed representatives from nine long-established Canadian organizations that are at the forefront of workplace reorganization in both the private and public sector. Interviews were supplemented with survey data from 324 respondents. This evidence has provided the basis for three reports that offer Canadian organizations insights on how Canadian workplaces are transforming, and the impacts that these changes are having on organizational performance.

This webinar includes a case study from the federal public sector where workplace modernization is moving into a new phase, based on accumulated learnings from more than ten years of implementing Workplace 2.0.
