We've all dealt with them; the leader whose harsh interpersonal skills and rude behaviour compromises the integrity of the work environment. It's time to find a solution that will address this form of problem behaviour and eliminate potential risks to both employees and the organization. As the senior leader, or human resource professional, you're often the individual expected to address this conduct to provide employees with a safe workplace that encourages high performance.

In this webinar, Sharone Bar-David will share the lessons she has learned from her one-on-one coaching of abrasive leaders and working with organizations that keep underestimating or ignoring the impact of their behaviour. You will discover what drives abrasive leaders to behave in the way they do and the organizational factors that enable and even encourage this behaviour. Sharone will also uncover the myths and fears that prevent decision makers from holding these managers accountable, and share highlights from the survey she conducted on this issue in collaboration with the HR Reporter Magazine and strategies for change.
