How confident are you in your board’s approach to CEO succession planning? In the past 5 years, the bar has been dramatically raised in terms of the comprehensive processes many boards are now adopting in addressing what is commonly viewed as “a board’s most important decision”, namely its choice of corporate leadership.

When a board puts together a comprehensive process on CEO succession, not only does it typically lead to a better leadership decision – it also sets the right “tone at the top”.

Join Beverly Behan, renowned board expert, as she outlines some of the best CEO succession practices she has seen boards adopt over the past 5 years, as well as common mistakes and pitfalls that your board will want to avoid. During this one-hour discussion, Bev will share a unique perspective on this critical issue -one which reflects the fact that most CEO appointments involve the promotion of internal candidates. This is your chance to get your most pressing questions about CEO succession planning in front of the expert.
