Executive Innovators Program (EIP)

The Conference Board of Canada’s Executive Innovators Program (EIP) will help you address these challenges and more.

Our modularized Executive Innovators Program offers a highly focused, interactive environment for innovative and independent thinking. Each module enables participants to:

Fees and Registration

The fee for each one-day module is $1,200.

The fee for each additional online assignment and evaluation is $500.

Note: Fees are all-inclusive, including all course materials and refreshments/meals.
EIP graduates will also be eligible to receive a discounted registration fee for the Business Innovation Summit.


Program Features

EIP draws on years of applied research, senior executive experience, practical in-field lessons learned, domestic and international benchmarking, and an impressive team of expert instructors and guest lecturers.

Each of the four EIP modules feature:

  • a one-day highly focused, interactive classroom environment;
  • expert lectures, case studies, interactive behavioural sessions, and case study-based simulations;
  • self-selected project topics that address your real-world innovation challenges;
  • option to complete additional online assignment for credit toward the EIP Certificate of Completion;
  • exclusive access to a team of expert instructors for consultation and feedback.

Program graduates will take away insights, supportive relationships in a network of innovation experts and executives, and a customized innovation road map for strong and effective innovation management that can be implemented immediately.

Course Methodology

The teaching and learning process is designed to fully engage participants through highly interactive dialogue, behavioural exercises, and simulations.

The course is based on clear concepts and learning points (specific to each of the four modules), illustrated throughout the lectures with practical case study examples, applications, and assignments. Participants will practice leadership, team dynamics, communication, and compelling articulation in the classroom and through online assignments.

Prerequisites

This is an advanced course (MBA and Executive Development level), targeted to practicing professionals.
Participants should have a university or college degree combined with five or more years of practical management or entrepreneurial experience.

Graduate Recognition

Participants must complete the four modules and additional online assignments to graduate from the full EIP.

Certificates of Completion will be presented at the Conference Board’s annual Business Innovation Summit.
