How the Learning Performance Index Works

  • Sign up for an employee assessment.
  • Be assigned an organizational learning specialist from the Conference Board who will guide you through the LPI process and discuss your organization’s specific needs.
  • Have employees complete an on-line or paper version of the LPI questionnaire.
  • Receive your organization's unique results—your LPI dashboard—from the Conference Board.
  • Develop action plans based on the LPI results.
  • Integrate the action plans into your organization’s strategy and operations.
