What are the LPI Deliverables?

After the survey is complete, five of the most critically important deliverables are prepared to assist you with the vital decision making that you have to do to improve your organization’s learning. These include:

  • A Learning Performance Dashboard that graphically displays the results for the overall LPI score and the individual scores for each of the five learning organization pillars.

  •  A set of detailed results that display your employees’ aggregate responses to all of the LPI questions.

  • A breakdown of the organizational learning pillars by the separate demographic and organizational variables selected by you for comparing different groups in your organization.
  • A summary report that organizes your organization’s results in a comprehensive, easy-to-read format based on the following sections:
