The 2017 Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarking Survey
The 2017 Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarking Survey is a national survey that examines the diversity-related investments, policies and practices in Canadian organizations. We will be launching the second edition of this survey on February 27, 2017.
This survey seeks to better understand current trends related to Canadian organization's diversity and inclusion programs. It also aims to help Canadian organizations benchmark their own efforts against organizational practices across Canada and will provide insights into diversity and inclusion issues facing Canadian organizations. Areas covered include:
- organizational context for diversity and inclusion
- diversity and inclusion function
- alignment of diversity and inclusion with the business strategy
- diversity metrics
- emerging diversity and inclusion strategies and best practices
The survey will be open for responses until
April 10, 2017.
