Compensation Survey

Each year the Conference Board produces the Compensation Planning Outlook, which summarizes the results of our annual compensation survey. In June 2011, a questionnaire was sent to 1,363 predominately large and medium-sized Canadian organizations operating in a variety of regions and sectors. A total of 381 respondents participated in the survey, representing a response rate of 28 per cent.The compensation survey covers:
