Author of the best-seller The Rise of the Creative Class and his latest book Who’s Your City? Engage in a discussion with Richard Florida as he shares his thoughts on Canada's Creative Leadership.
Sir Ken Robinson
Why don't we get the best out of people? Sir Ken argues that it's because we've been trained to become good workers rather than creative thinkers. Robinson champions a radical rethink of our school system that we can apply to our workplaces. He maintains that by cultivating creativity and acknowledging multiple types of intelligence we can find a way to bring out the best in people.
