Jacqueline is the in-house forestry and mining expert and contributes to Canadian, provincial, territorial and industrial outlook products. She also conducts custom forecasting, statistical analysis and program evaluation on a contract basis, specializing in issues relevant to the mining industry and Northern economic development. Jacqueline is currently developing demographic forecasting models for Ukrainian municipalities and advising them on developing strategic plans and attracting outside investment.
Before joining the Board in 2007, Jacqueline worked as a program analyst at the British Columbia Ministry of Health where she was responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of various health care programs and policies.
Jacqueline Palladini holds a M.A. in economics with a specialization in social statistics from McGill University and a B.Sc. with distinction from the University of Victoria.
