Strategic Human Resources Management Council

The role of SHRMC is to:

  • Explore best practices and strategic HR issues, linking them to the overall business strategy
  • Examine approaches and results in public sector organizational effectiveness
  • Promote capacity for change management in government and the wider public service (e.g., hospitals, police forces, etc.)
