Who Should Join?

The Centre for Transportation Infrastructure (CTI) is for organizations involved in the development, maintenance, operation, or financing of transportation infrastructure in Canada—in particular, for senior executives in:

• resource and manufacturing industries;
• other industries that depend on transportation services;
• transportation infrastructure operators;
• transit agencies;
• engineering and construction firms;
• financial institutions;
• all levels of government.

What Are the Benefits of Membership?

There are two levels of involvement in the CTI. As a Participant, you will:

• network with leading practitioners and decision-makers in the transportation sector, including customers and suppliers;
• learn from other members, test ideas, and benchmark current practices in Canada and abroad; 
• support rigorous and balanced research on major issues of interest related to the development, maintenance, and efficient operation of transportation infrastructure; 
• participate in discussions to improve the quality of policies and decisions about critical issues in transportation infrastructure; 
• gain exclusive access to detailed findings of the CTI’s research and receive reports before they are released to the general public;
• receive recognition as a member in the CTI’s publications and other communications products;
• gain access to the Members Only web pages, featuring a list of individual members, event calendars, meeting summaries and presentations, research plans, and other resources.

As a Partner, you will:

• receive all the benefits listed above;
• participate in the CTI’s steering committee, providing input into decisions about research topics, meeting themes, speaker selection, and communications planning;
• provide editorial and content reviews of CTI research reports;
• be given opportunities to showcase initiatives in your organization through site visits, presentations, and by hosting meetings.
