Knowledge Strategy Exchange Network

Knowledge Strategy Exchange Network (KSEN) is a select group of senior Canadian government and business executives who have a strategic interest in the management of Knowledge and its related issues and challenges. This group meets three times per year to share learnings and experiences related to key KM issues, to learn from experts in the field, and to examine business issues affecting their organizations on both a national and global scale.

This regular series of meetings provides an informal, in camera venue for government and business leaders to discuss issues and challenges that currently affect their daily lives and to stay alert to future changes and expectations. Through expert host speakers, ‘show and tell’ tours and networking, participants of the Knowledge Strategy Exchange Network have a direct conduit to this assembly of colleagues both during and between meetings.

KSEN was established in June 2004.

The role of the KSEN is to:

  • Facilitate the exchange of strategies and practices for the integration of processes, learning and innovation to meet business goals
  • Explore and discuss strategic business issues, new developments and concerns related to the management of knowledge
  • Serve as a sounding board for research initiatives that the Conference Board can undertake
