You are a trusted leader with a strong and independent voice on leadership, organization design, and human resources management. You are capable of performing a strategic role for the organization through effective leadership and innovation in the areas of compensation and industrial relations, human resources management research, diversity, and organization design and development. You can actively market and lead special projects, studies and assignments on behalf of clients for the purpose of growing the business and generating human resources insights for Canada’s leaders.
Oversee and develop the knowledge area’s research and executive networks. Sustain the quality and effectiveness of the core research program, key products, and services. Anticipate and meet the needs of the country’s leaders for advice and perspective. Enhance the Board’s reputation and profile by speaking with authority and credibility on human resources issues at national conferences, seminars, roundtables and through media interviews.
