Donna Burnett Vachon is a Director with the Leadership and Human Resources Research division of the Conference Board of Canada. Since joining the Board in 2011, Donna has been actively involved in research and advisory assignments in the areas of leadership, workplace learning and talent development, performance management, organization design and change management. As the Director overseeing the Leadership, Learning and Organization team, Donna leads all of the group’s ongoing core and custom research initiatives and custom advisory engagements. Prior to joining the Board, Donna held senior positions in Organization Development and Change, and Human Resources Management in industries including healthcare, high tech and manufacturing.
Myra Lewis is a Senior Organizational Development Advisor with Export Development Canada. Bringing a pragmatic approach and deep corporate knowledge, Myra is focused on delivering value and sustainable solutions to EDC’s employees and leaders. Myra’s portfolio includes talent management, executive succession planning, performance and competency management and employee engagement. Most recently, Myra was Project Lead for HR 2.0 – a cross-functional initiative which involved the development and corporate-wide launch of a career framework, profile management, functional competencies and online performance management.
Stephanie Hollingshead is a business executive and board director with over 20 years of international human resources experience in the technology and professional services industries and 15 years of service with various not-for-profit boards. As Vice President, Human Resources for Sierra Systems, Ms. Hollingshead is responsible for the development and execution of Sierra’s human resources strategy, including employee engagement, talent and succession management, total rewards, leadership capacity and employee development. Stephanie currently serves as the Chair of the Board for Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and as a Board Director for the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Association, BC and Yukon. Ms. Hollingshead holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and a Chartered Professional of Human Resources (CPHR) designation and is an avid speaker, blogger and sustainable living advocate.
