Improving organizational leadership and building leadership capacity have been strategic priorities among Canadian organizations for the past two decades. Recently, The Conference Board of Canada released the premier edition of The Leadership Outlook ,a survey-based benchmarking tool that explores the state of leadership performance in Canadian organizations.

Join report authors, Donna Burnett Vachon and Colin Hall for a 60-minute webinar that will dive deep into the results of the survey, and introduce the Leadership Performance Index—a proprietary organizational assessment tool that can help leaders understand the link between organizational leadership and performance in their organization.
