Donna Burnett-Vachon joined the Board in October 2011, and has been actively involved in research in the areas of leadership, leadership development frameworks and practices, succession planning , the advancement of women leaders, and learning and development. Donna has 17 years operational experience in Human Resources Management and Organization Development.
