About Dr. Chaput:

Photo of Jean-Philippe ChaputDr. Chaput is a researcher at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario Research Institute and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Ottawa. He holds a Junior Research Chair in Healthy Active Living and Obesity Research. His research focuses on obesity prevention and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. He is also interested in new determinants of obesity such as lack of sleep and mental stress.
