The Conference Board of Canada’s Index of Business Confidence dropped in the second quarter of 2012. After falling steadily over the first nine months of 2011, the Index of Business Confidence rose in the last quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of 2012, going from 92.6 to 101.8.
