This quarterly survey poses ten qualitative questions regarding the business climate and investment intentions to senior officers of approximately 1,500 Canadian business organizations.

According to The Conference Board of Canada’s most recent survey, business confidence edged down in the fourth quarter of 2009. After climbing nearly 30 points over the previous three quarters, the Index of Business Confidence slipped from 97.8 to 96 (2002 = 100).
