Index of Consumer Confidence July 2009


The monthly Index of Consumer Confidence is constructed from responses to four attitudinal questions posed to a random sample of Canadian households.

The Index of Consumer Confidence climbed to 82.9 (2002 = 100), an increase of 0.8 points. This marks the fifth consecutive month of increase.
