Economic Outlook

Craig Alexander, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist will provide highlights from the Conference Board's most recent Canadian forecast, and the U.S and global outlooks. Craig will give an overview of the macro-economic and geopolitical trends that are buffeting the global economy, the uncertainty that continues to be sown by the US Administration and trade issues, as well as the outlook for the national and provincial economies. Craig will also drill down in what is driving the Winnipeg metropolitan economy including housing, manufacturing and the commodities sector that is so important to the Manitoba economy.
