The 2012 CIBC Scholar In Residence Lecture was held on May 23 at the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa. CIBC Scholar-in-Residence Chair, André Picard, discussed the results of his in-depth research into Canada’s current health care system. The 10-year CIBC Scholar-in-Residence Program brings renowned scholars to The Conference Board of Canada to examine issues of national importance related to improving Canada’s economic and social prosperity.
