Lendsay, President and CEO of The Aboriginal Human Resource Council, and Craig Hall, the Council's Chief Operating Officer, will discuss the Council's competency model for indigenous workplace inclusion - the Inclusion continuum, and outline the nine dimensions of an inclusive workplace and why your organization needs to take account of each one.

About Kelly

Kelly J. Lendsey is the President and CEO of The Aboriginal Human Resource Council and a proud Indigenous leader of Canadian Cree, Métis, and European ancestry, He earned his MBA in 1993, launched the first Aboriginal business education program in Canada at the University of Saskatchewan in 1995 and is the inaugural council president leading the charge since 1998 to build stronger corporate – Indigenous engagements and growing the council into an ISO certified enterprise.

About Craig

As the Chief Operating Officer at The Aboriginal Human Resource Council, Craig Hall has co-designed and drafted many of the council’s numerous strategic alliances. He is widely recognized for his experience in leveraging corporate needs to the prospects of Aboriginal development. During his 11 years in the Northwest Territories, Mr. Hall worked closely with numerous Aboriginal initiatives in developing fresh business opportunities, particularly in areas of corporate-Aboriginal partnerships and collaborative economic planning.
