As leaders and decision makers we are inundated with information and data daily, and we must make sense of this information to support evidence-based strategic decisions. Our mindset impacts how we approach all our life circumstances, including how we make decisions. An understanding of the factors that impact our mindset - how we think and make decisions can better equip us to better handle the challenges of leading in times of uncertainty an change.

During this session, Dr. Carlos Davidovich will help us understand the factors that impact our mindset, how we think and make decisions based on neuroscience and the concept of growth mindset. A growth mindset can help us regain a sense control even during times of during times of chaos. There are different pathways in our brain regarding on how to deal with our daily challenges and decisions. We need to be aware on which one we are relying in our working life. One will lead us to success, the other one will pull us back. A fixed mindset represents a barrier to our actions meanwhile a growth mindset is a bridge to move forward and progress.

Carlos DavidovichFor over fifteen years, Carlos Davidovich has been coaching internationally supporting the development of leaders and management teams alike. Originally from Argentina, he has been living in Toronto, Canada and working with Optimum Talent since 2013, working as an executive coach and facilitator. Carlos has expertise in NeuroManagement, and NeuroMarketing. He draws on his skills as a medical doctor plus his twenty years of experience as executive in the pharmaceutical industry to deliver insights to both organizations and executives about neuroscience and leadership. Carlos received a psychology degree in Spain, a medical degree in Argentina, an MBA in Switzerland (Roche internal program) and coaching credentials from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
