Executive Innovators Program (EIP)

Are you achieving maximum value from your innovation efforts? Are you struggling to enhance your competitive position? Is your firm equipped with the right skills and capacity for future growth? Is there an “innovation champion” in your organization? Are you successfully accessing government funding for innovation?

The Conference Board of Canada’s Executive Innovators Program (EIP) will help you address these challenges and more.

Our modularized Executive Innovators Program offers a highly focused, interactive environment for innovative and independent thinking. Each module enables participants to:

  • Learn concepts and best practices from expert innovation thinkers and practitioners.
  • Discover from experienced CEOs and chairs what leading companies are doing today.
  • Apply this knowledge immediately in behavioural sessions and case study-based simulations.

Each of the program’s four modules will challenge how you think about innovation. The conventional view of innovation as “research and development” is changing; leading companies recognize that it is much more.
