Bryan Benjamin leads the Organizational Performance division at the Conference Board of Canada, which includes The Niagara Institute and The Directors College. Bryan brings 20 years of progressive senior leadership experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning, Workforce Transformation, Change and Human Resource Management.
Bryan’s portfolio at The Conference Board of Canada covers the research areas of total rewards and labour relations; HR and inclusive workplace cultures; workplace health, wellness and safety; HR transformation; organizational excellence, learning and leadership; corporate responsibility, sustainability, and stakeholder relations; and governance, compliance and risk.
Most recently, Bryan was the Managing Director of the Canadian Talent & Leadership Development practice for a leading Global Talent Development and Transition company. In this role he was responsible for the strategic direction of the practice, financial performance and operations and leadership of a diverse team across Canada.
Bryan holds a Masters in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a post graduate diploma in HR Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor in Psychology from Bishop’s University. Bryan is a Certified Human Resource Leader and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
