Matthew is currently advising international clients on the economy and has been assisting the Ukrainian federal government and city level governments in developing strategic plans. In Canada, he has been responsible for designing and building a demand and supply model for physicians based on changing disease patterns.
About Allison
Allison Cowan is Director, Total Rewards Research. Since joining the Conference Board in 2000, Allison has been actively involved in research in the areas of total rewards, benefits, compensation, health and wellness, strategic human resource management, labour relations, learning and development, leadership, and diversity.
Allison leads the total rewards and industrial relations research practice and is actively engaged in the group’s executive networks, ongoing core research initiatives and custom research. In this capacity, Allison provides information on best practices and the latest research to leading organizations.
Allison holds a Certified Compensation Professional designation. She is also an active member of WorldatWork and the Ottawa Region Rewards Association.
