Have you been asked to take on the responsibility for enterprise risk management in your organization? It’s a challenging and exciting opportunity but there is one important caveat: no new hires. Don’t panic, there are ways around this limitation. This webinar will focus on three approaches, that will assist you in maintaining, sustaining and enhancing an ERM program despite limited resources.

Webinar Highlights

In this 60-minute webinar, the speaker, Navin Maharaj, will:

  • Provide a comprehensive overview of three approaches that can help optimise an ERM program, each supported by a series of key steps
  • Discuss the benefits of a decentralization approach and the identification of risk “champions” to handle the day-to-day tasks related to risk management
  • Make the case for a second approach which involves integrating ERM into strategic planning
  • Explain a third approach that involves the development and deployment of a system for ongoing risk monitoring and reporting
