Emma Geoghegan, M.Ed., R. Psych, Niagara Institute Associate Defining Solutions Inc.
Emma Geoghegan is a psychologist, who for the past 20 years, has been helping individuals reach their career and personal goals. More recently she has taken her passion for helping individuals to thrive and extending this to organizations. Emma regularly presents on a wide range of topics such as, stress management, change and transition, building resiliency and managing conflict in order to create psychologically healthy workplaces. She also works with leaders as an Executive Coach to help them capitalize on their strengths, enhance their skills, and to lead successfully. Emma, has worked as a member of the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Committee to assess workplaces in order to enhance the work environment for employees.
Currently she is an adjunct faculty member for the Centre for the Center for Creative Leadership and an Executive Coach for the Niagara Institute, a branch of the Conference Board of Canada.
Emma holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the Faculty of Educational Psychology & Leadership at the University of Victoria. She is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychological Association of Alberta.
