Constantinos Bougas is an economist at the Centre for Municipal Studies. His responsibilities include monitoring and forecasting the economies of five census metropolitan areas in Manitoba and Ontario. He also works on custom research projects.
Prior to joining the Conference Board, Constantinos worked as a researcher at the Airport Research Chair of Laval University. His duties included obtaining short and medium term forecasts of air passenger traffic flows in Canada.
Constantinos received an M.A. in economics from Laval University where he specialized in econometrics, and also holds a B.Sc. in mathematics (specialization in actuarial science) from the University of Montreal.
