A strong learning culture is not only vital for the health of individual organizations, it’s essential for the health of industry or business overall. The costly irony is that most organizations cut back on learning and development during challenging times – which is perhaps when they need it the most.

The Conference Board of Canada will soon release the 13th edition of the Learning and Development Outlook: Strong Learning Organizations, Stronger Leadership. This popular report summarizes the results of a biennial survey of Canadian organizations on their approaches to learning and development (L&D). It identifies several key drivers that can encourage a more robust learning environment.

This 60-minute session will dive deep into the survey results of the report and explore the state of L&D in Canadian organizations today.
