Executive Networks

The Conference Board’s Executive Networks allow you to engage with senior leaders and to participate in facilitated closed-door discussions with peers from public and private sector organizations from across Canada. In addition to the peer-to-peer networking, you will also benefit from the Conference Board’s unparalleled access to a broad range of expert speakers. The Conference Board operates three networks in GCR.

Strategic Risk Council (SRC)

image of SRC brochure coverThe Strategic Risk Council (SRC) helps organizations develop, implement and sustain an enterprise-wide risk management process that is appropriate to their organization’s unique set of goals, strengths, weaknesses and structures. It provides strategic and operational insights into how organizations can establish and sustain enterprise risk management capabilities by integrating successful board and senior management governance principles with strategic planning processes.

Corporate Ethics Management Council (CEMC)

image of CEMC brochure coverThe Corporate Ethics Management Council (CEMC) is for executives responsible for all facets of ethics and compliance management in major Canadian public and private sector organizations. The Council meets in camera three times a year to discuss common challenges, emerging issues, and leading practices in corporate ethics and compliance.

Council for Excellence in Canadian Crown Corporations (CECCC)

Today’s Crown corporation leaders understand that their operating context is changing. To meet these evolving needs, The Conference Board of Canada has developed a new initiative to promote best practices and to foster high performance and good governance. The Council for Excellence in Canadian Crown Corporations (CECCC) is designed to communicate the latest information relating to our meetings and research among CEO and Chairs of Crown Corporations across Canada.
