Meet The Team

Vaughan Campbell
Director, Organizational Excellence, Learning and Leadership Research
The Conference Board of Canada

In his current role at The Conference Board of Canada, Vaughan leads a team that focuses on producing research, developing conferences, and leading networks in the areas of organizational excellence, learning and leadership. He is a training and organizational development professional with 25 years’ experience managing, developing, delivering and evaluating training initiatives in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. 

Prior to joining the Conference Board, Vaughan worked as an organizational development consultant, designing and delivering training programs to a wide range of clients from chief executives to front line staff. He has managed several national and international training projects, facilitated leadership exercises for executives and delivered national training workshops in a wide variety of sectors across Canada, the United States and in Asia. Vaughan’s experience in MBTI, 360-degree feedback, and coaching initiatives is informed by a Master’s degree in training and a certificate in adult education.  

  Kristine Osgoode

Kristine is excited to be the new network manager for CLLD and looks forward to working with members and designing thought-provoking yet practical meeting programs. Kristine's motto is “think strategically, act tactically”. Her experience includes senior management roles with top private sector organizations including CAE, where she was an account manager for defence training transformation programs, designed and implemented a shared services organization and led CAE's global training innovation team. 

Prior to this Kristine worked as the Canadian Operations Manager for CSRA where she stood up Canada's end to end airport security training and technology program after 9/11 serving 89 airports across the country. For the past 5 years, Kristine has led a successful consulting practice delivering a range of strategic advice and services in support of change, communications and learning needs of leaders in the public and private sector. Kristine has an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies combining leadership and organizational learning, is a certified Change Management Practitioner and volunteers as the Executive Vice President of Women in Defence and Security (WiDS).

Chantal Pye
Network Coordinator, Council for Learning and Leadership Development
The Conference Board of Canada

Chantal started her career at The Conference Board of Canada as a program coordinator with The Director's College in September 2012. In July 2013, she moved to the Organizational Performance group (formerly LHRR) to become a network coordinator. In her current role, she 
applies her resourcefulness and excellent organization and communication skills to support the administration and meeting planning for the Council for Learning and Leadership Development and the Council on Inclusive Work Environments. 

Prior to joining The Conference Board of Canada, Chantal spent 7 years as a program coordinator at the National Judicial Institute, planning up to 12 conferences per year for Canadian judiciary.
